Returns

All products are made-to-order (print on demand).

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery through the contact form on our website.

Requests sent outside of this period will not be accepted.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Important

  • Items must not be returned without approval
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Wrong size
    • Change of mind
    • Non-damaged items

European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, standard withdrawal rights for non-defective goods do not apply.

Refunds

Once your case has been reviewed and approved, any refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
